Job summary

RWS Group is seeking AI Conversation Recording Contributors for a remote, freelance role. You will collect and annotate spontaneous speech in Zulu with English support, following project guidelines and deadlines. Start date is immediate, with flexible, task-based workload (2-4 hours daily).

Ideal candidates have native Zulu, strong English, and attention to detail. Prior data-collection experience is a plus, and reliable internet is required to access the online platform.

Qualifications

• Native-level fluency in Zulu.
• Advanced level English to understand written instructions.
• Strong attention to detail when providing annotations and recording metadata.
• Experience with speech recording or data annotation projects is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Record or collect natural, spontaneous speech in accordance with the project guidelines.
• Annotate collected speech data according to the instructions provided.
• Provide the required metadata related to each recording.
