You will be instrumental in providing expert agronomic advice and support to farmers across various regions, utilizing digital tools and platforms to monitor crop health, soil conditions, and recommend optimal planting, fertilization, and pest management strategies. Key Responsibilities

• Provide remote, expert guidance on crop management, soil fertility, pest and disease control, and irrigation techniques to a diverse client base.
• Utilize remote sensing data, soil sensors, and farm management software to analyze crop performance and identify potential issues.
• Develop customized crop plans and fertilization programs based on specific crop needs, soil analysis, and environmental conditions.
• Stay abreast of the latest advancements in agronomy, agricultural technology, and sustainable farming practices, sharing knowledge with clients and internal teams.
• Troubleshoot challenging agronomic problems for clients and provide timely, effective solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Agronomy, Crop Science, Plant Science, or a closely related agricultural field.
• Minimum of 4 years of practical experience in agronomy, with a strong understanding of crop physiology and soil science.
• Demonstrated experience with farm management software, GIS, remote sensing technologies, and data analysis tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey technical information clearly to farmers.
• Self-motivated and disciplined, with a proven ability to work autonomously and manage time effectively in a remote setting.
