Placements24 is seeking a highly skilled Remote Agronomist to advise farmers worldwide from a fully remote position. You will apply data-driven recommendations to optimize yields, soil health, and sustainable practices using remote sensing, GIS, and precision agriculture tools.

The role requires a Master’s or PhD in agronomy or soil science and at least seven years of progressive experience, with demonstrated ability to translate complex data into actionable guidance and manage client

• Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in agronomy with focus on data analysis and crop consulting.
• Proven ability to interpret and utilize remote sensing data, GIS, and precision agriculture tools.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert agronomic advice on crop planning, soil management, fertilization, and pest/disease control.
• Analyze soil sample data, satellite imagery, and weather patterns to provide actionable insights.
