Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Agriculture, Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field.
• Experience as a Data Analyst, preferably in agriculture or related science.
• Proficiency in Python (Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn) or R.
• Experience with SQL and data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI.
• Strong understanding of statistical methods and ML algorithms for agricultural applications.
• Excellent communication and remote collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Collect, clean, and process large agricultural datasets from diverse sources (sensors, satellite imagery, farm software).
• Perform statistical analysis and build predictive models to forecast yields, disease outbreaks, and planting times.
• Develop and maintain dashboards/reports to communicate findings to farmers and management.
• Identify trends and opportunities to improve resource allocation and efficiency in operations.
• Collaborate virtually with agronomists, researchers, and farm managers to deliver tailored analytics.
• Stay updated on agricultural tech, data analytics, and remote sensing advances.
