The role requires advanced degrees in data-related fields and 3+ years of experience, with proficiency in Python/R, SQL, and visualization tools.

Qualifications

• Master's or Ph.D. in Data Science, Statistics, Agricultural Science or related quantitative field.
• 3+ years of experience as a Data Analyst, preferably in agriculture or environmental science.
• Proficiency in R and Python with Pandas, NumPy, SciPy; SQL for database management.
• Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills; able to work remotely.

Responsibilities

• Collect, clean, and analyze large agricultural datasets from sensors, weather, and yields.
• Develop statistical models and algorithms to identify trends and predict outcomes.
• Create reports, dashboards, and visualizations for technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define data requirements and KPIs.
• Stay updated on agricultural tech, data science, and analysis techniques.
