Job summary

Capital H Staffing and Advisory Solutions is seeking a Business Improvement Coordinator to lead cross-functional projects across Africa, optimize inventory, and implement Lean and Operational Excellence methodologies. You will develop KPI dashboards and performance reports to track progress while facilitating change management and building operational capabilities.

The role offers flexible remote working arrangements and regular travel across the region.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering or related field.
• 5 to 10 years of experience in business improvement, operations, or supply chain management.
• Familiarity with inventory management and supply chain planning.
• Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and analytics.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional projects and manage change.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Experience in industries such as Agriculture, FMCG, Manufacturing, or Supply Chain.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate business improvement projects across multiple African countries.
• Drive inventory optimisation and enhance working capital management.
• Implement Lean and Operational Excellence practices to standardise processes.
• Develop KPI dashboards and performance reports to track progress.
• Facilitate change management and build operational capabilities.
• Collaborate closely with Operations, Supply Chain, Procurement, Finance, and Commercial teams to unify best practices.
