Qualifications

• At least 12 months of experience in a digital marketing role, with 6+ months in email marketing.
• Proven leadership track record, especially leading a team of creatives.
• Ability to work independently with high standards and accountability.
• Strong time management, responsiveness, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with remote teams is a plus.
• Excellent English communication, both written and spoken.

Responsabilités

• Manage assigned clients and their stores to drive conversions and sales.
• Oversee client-agency relationships and ensure campaigns are delivered on time and to spec.
• Lead teams of copywriters, designers, and account specialists to execute campaigns.
• Brief, calendarize, and delegate creative work; monitor performance and report results.
• Maintain open communication with clients and internal teams; identify upsell opportunities.
• Analyze data to understand demographics and trends; present findings and optimize campaigns.
