You will use tools like LinkedIn, Salesforce and outreach platforms to craft thoughtful, personalized outreach that stands out from spam and hits volume goals with quality touchpoints.

Qualifications

• 2 years in SDR/BDR role, SaaS or agency experience a plus.
• Strong written communication and the ability to personalize outreach.
• Familiar with outbound tools (Sales Navigator, SalesLoft, Apollo, ZoomInfo).
• Experience using Salesforce and managing pipeline.
• Gritty, curious and coachable.

Responsibilities

• Source and research ideal accounts based on ICP.
• Identify decision makers and build contact lists.
• Craft and execute personalized outbound sequences via email, LinkedIn and phone.
• Book qualified discovery calls for Account Executives.
• Maintain clean records in Salesforce and SalesLoft.
• Test messaging, optimize targeting and tighten feedback loops with sales team.
