Qualifications

• This role requires 2 years in an SDR/BDR capacity, preferably in agency or SaaS.
• Proven ability to write and tailor outreach messages for different ICPs.
• Experience using outbound tools and CRM platforms to manage a growing pipeline.

Responsibilities

• Source and research ideal accounts based on our ICP.
• Identify decision makers and build accurate contact lists.
• Craft and execute personalized outbound sequences via email, LinkedIn and phone.
• Book qualified discovery calls for Account Executives.
• Maintain clean records in Salesforce and SalesLoft.
• Test messaging, optimize targeting and tighten feedback with the sales team.
