Qualifications

• 2 years in SDR/BDR role, agency or SaaS experience preferred.
• Strong written communication and ability to personalise outreach.
• Experience with outbound tools (Sales Navigator, SalesLoft, Apollo, ZoomInfo) and Salesforce.
• Gritty, curious and coachable.

Responsibilities

• Source and research ideal accounts based on ICP.
• Identify decision makers and build contact lists.
• Craft and execute personalized outbound sequences via email, LinkedIn and phone.
• Book qualified discovery calls for Account Executives.
• Maintain clean records in Salesforce and SalesLoft.
• Test messaging, optimize targeting and tighten feedback loops with the sales team.
