Working autonomously, you will monitor metrics, troubleshoot issues, and stay abreast of 5G technologies, collaborating with regional teams when required. This role offers a fully remote setup and strong bonus potential.

Qualifikationen

• Degree in Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of mobile network optimization experience with a strong 5G focus.
• In-depth knowledge of 5G NR, LTE, and related network architecture.
• Proficiency with network monitoring and optimization tools (e.g., TEMS, Actix).
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex network data.
• Excellent communication skills for effective remote collaboration.

Aufgaben

• Monitor, analyze, and optimize 5G network performance metrics (throughput, latency, call success).
• Identify and troubleshoot network anomalies, capacity issues, and coverage gaps.
• Develop and implement tuning strategies for 5G RAN and core network elements.
