Qualifications
- Master's or PhD in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in mobile network engineering, with at least 5 years focused specifically on 5G technologies.
- Deep understanding of 5G standards, NSA/SA architectures, and core/RAN components.
- Proven experience leading technical teams and managing remote projects.
- Expertise in network virtualization, cloud-native technologies, and related tooling.
Responsibilities
- Lead design, architecture, and deployment of scalable 5G solutions.
- Oversee 5G core deployments (UPF, SMF, AMF, NRF) and RAN integration.
- Mentor and manage a remote team of 5G engineers.
- Develop strategies for capacity planning and performance tuning of 5G services.
- Troubleshoot complex 5G issues and enforce engineering standards.
