Job summary

Tiger Brands in Gauteng is seeking a warehouse picker to support stock management and order fulfillment in a fast-paced environment. You will pick stock from warehouse locations, move pallets, and ensure accuracy of inventory through scanning and verification.

Applicants should be prepared to work with reach trucks, maintain safety and housekeeping, and follow company procedures. Preference may be given to candidates from designated groups according to employment equity plan.

Responsibilities

• Picking stock/orders from warehouse locations
• Transporting stock using a reach truck
• Putting away stock into designated racking locations
• Loading and unloading pallets
• Replenishing picking locations
• Scanning and verifying inventory accuracy
• Stacking and retrieving pallets from high racking
• Conducting daily reach truck inspections
• Following warehouse safety procedures
• Maintaining housekeeping and a clean work area
• Assisting with stock counts and inventory checks
• Reporting damaged stock or equipment
• Ensuring accurate order fulfillment
• Moving stock between warehouse locations
• Complying with company policies and procedures
