Job summary

Tiger Brands, Africa's largest listed FMCG manufacturer, is seeking a warehouse operative to support picking, stock movement and inventory accuracy. You will operate reach trucks, replenish locations, load/unload pallets and maintain housekeeping while following safety procedures.

The role involves scanning stock, assisting with stock counts, reporting damaged stock and ensuring accurate order fulfilment in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Picking stock/orders from warehouse locations
• Transporting stock using a reach truck
• Putting away stock into designated racking locations
• Loading and unloading pallets
• Replenishing picking locations
• Scanning and verifying inventory accuracy
• Stacking and retrieving pallets from high racking
• Conducting daily reach truck inspections
• Following warehouse safety procedures
• Maintaining housekeeping and a clean work area
• Assisting with stock counts and inventory checks
• Reporting damaged stock or equipment
• Ensuring accurate order fulfillment
• Moving stock between warehouse locations
• Complying with company policies and procedures
