Job summary

The Building Company in Limpopo is seeking a reliable delivery driver to ensure safe, prompt deliveries to store clients.

You will be responsible for loading and unloading, maintaining the vehicle, and providing excellent customer service. This is a permanent role requiring a Grade 12 and a valid driver’s license, with at least two years of relevant experience.

Qualifications

• Grade 12 with a valid South African driver’s license.
• Code 10 (HV) or Code 8 (LV) driver’s license required.
• Minimum 2 years of delivery or logistics experience.

Responsibilities

• Deliver goods to stores promptly and safely.
• Ensure vehicle is neatly packed and clean.
• Prevent damages and breakages during handling.
• Supervise and assist with loading and unloading.
• Perform daily vehicle inspection checks.
• Report any defects or issues promptly.
• Maintain vehicle to ensure reliability.
• Prepare accurate delivery notes and paperwork.
• Collect COD monies when required.
• Provide excellent customer service to store clients.
• Uphold company values and culture in daily work.
