Qualifications

• Valid Aircraft Maintenance Engineer (AME) license (e.g., CASA, EASA, or equivalent).
• Minimum 5 years of aircraft maintenance experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or lead role.
• Strong knowledge of airframe and engine systems across multiple aircraft types.
• Proficiency with maintenance tracking systems and remote collaboration tools.
• Solid understanding of aviation regulations (e.g., SACAA) and safety management principles.
