Job summary

Absa is seeking a Senior Portfolio Lead to drive integrated delivery across multiple Scrum teams within the Digital Business Bank portfolio. You will own alignment, planning, governance and transparent reporting to the CIO, fostering lean-agile practices and value delivery.

You will coordinate investment planning, manage dependencies, and guide cross-team execution while maintaining enterprise alignment and strong governance across the portfolio.

Qualifications

• Senior multi-team delivery and portfolio-office experience required.
• Strong scaled-agile and lean portfolio skills required.
• SAFe certification and IT fundamental credentials are mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Lead integrated delivery systems across multiple scrum teams and ensure lean portfolio governance.
• Maintain a single prioritised view of outcomes, funding, capacity, dependencies and risks.
• Facilitate planning and execution across agile teams, platforms and enabling functions.
