Job summary

Absa Group in Aliwal North is seeking a Relationship Executive to optimize profit and service for Small Business portfolios with low to medium complexity commercial banking needs. You will originate new clients, cross-sell to existing bases, and service clients within the segment CVP.

You will own the client relationship, guide cross-functional teams, and manage risk in line with bank and regulatory standards. A Bachelor's degree in Business/Commerce/Management Studies is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree and professional qualifications in Business, Commerce and Management Studies (Required).
• Experience in relationship management within corporate banking or related sectors.
• Proven ability to coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver client outcomes.
