Job summary

Absa Bank Limited is seeking a Relationship Executive for Small Business (FAIS) in Rustenburg. The role focuses on optimizing portfolios with low to medium complexity banking needs, driving new client origination, cross-sell to existing clients, and servicing the segment per CVP guidelines.

You will manage the client relationship end-to-end, coordinate a cross-functional team, and uphold regulatory and compliance standards within the portfolio.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Commerce and Management Studies required.
• FAIS knowledge or financial services exposure preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own the primary relationship with the client as the main contact point for corporate and investment banking needs.
• Take overall accountability for service delivery by setting the rules of engagement for the cross functional team (Transactional Banker, Credit Analyst, Segment Support, Client Service Consultant, Product & Sector teams).
• Take ownership of portfolio risk management by understanding the Bank's and clients' regulatory and compliance environments.
