Job summary

FirstRand's First National Bank (FNB) POP branch is seeking a Branch Advisor to deliver compliant, professional financial guidance in a high-volume environment. You will assist walk-in clients, educate on banking channels, and maintain accurate client records while aligning solutions to client needs.

You will build lasting relationships, achieve branch targets, stay current on FAIS and TCF regulations, and manage leads with empathy in a dynamic local market.
