• 1–3 years of experience in customer-facing environments, service delivery, or client support within financial services.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage long-term client relationships to support retention and growth.
• Provide a positive customer experience and educate customers on the correct channel and banking solutions.
• Educate customers on appropriate product solutions aligned to their needs.
• Communicate with customers by living up to the brand promise of helpful service.
• Analyse customer data to provide financial advice and solutions within FAIS requirements.
