Job summary

FirstRand Group’s FNB POP branch is seeking a Branch Advisor to deliver compliant financial guidance and a high-quality client experience in a high-volume setting. You will build enduring client relationships, educate customers on banking channels, and ensure accurate record-keeping while meeting sales and service targets.

The role emphasizes FAIS and FICA compliance, Treating Customers Fairly, and a customer-centric approach across all interactions within the branch environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum Grade 12 or NQF Level 4, FAIS knowledge preferred.
• 1–3 years in customer-facing environments, service delivery, or client support in financial services.
• Ability to provide compliant, professional financial advice in a high-volume branch.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage long-term client relationships to support retention and growth.
• Provide a positive customer experience by being helpful and sensitive to transactional needs.
• Educate customers on the correct banking platform aligned to their needs.
