Gauteng Provincial Government is seeking an experienced Nursing Manager for Tshwane Rehabilitation Hospital. The role requires HD nursing qualifications, SANC registration, and a strong track record in hospital management.

Responsibilities include coordinating holistic nursing care, managing staff and budgets, and ensuring compliance with Batho Pele and National Core Standards. DoE health environment, challenging multidisciplinary leadership opportunities.

Qualifications

• Must be registered with the SANC as a Professional Nurse and possess a management qualification or equivalent.
• Minimum 8 years nursing experience post-registration, including at least 3 years in a management role.
• Computer literacy and a valid driver’s license are required.

Responsabilités

• Oversee holistic nursing care in a rehabilitation facility with cost-effective, equitable service delivery.
• Coordinate and monitor nursing objectives for the hospital and Department of Health.
• Manage human resources and monitor clinical records per SANC regulations.
• Ensure nursing practice complies with scope of practice and standards.
• Develop CPD implementation and rotate duties across shifts and weekends.
