Job summary

Emeris, Ruimsig Campus is seeking a temporary Registration Finance Administrator to support the Finance Department during the student registration period. The role handles student finance queries, bursary documentation, and related administrative tasks.

The incumbent will update records, capture bursary information, and assist with financial processes to ensure smooth registration. Flexible hours are required, and the contract runs from 01 January 2027 to 31 March 2027.

Qualifications

• National Senior Certificate (Matric or equivalent) is required.
• A Certificate or Diploma in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Office Administration, or related field is required.
• Experience in finance, administration or student services is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Provide tuition/payment and bursary related student finance support during registration.
• Receive, check and capture bursary applications and supporting documentation.
• Capture and update student financial information and respond to payment-related inquiries.
• Maintain accurate records across systems and spreadsheets and escalate discrepancies as needed.
