Nurture Health is seeking a compassionate, accountable, and patient-centred Registered Nurse to join our interdisciplinary rehabilitation team. Reporting to the Nursing Manager, you will deliver high-quality nursing care, optimise patients’ clinical status, and enable meaningful participation in rehabilitation programmes.

You will work collaboratively with healthcare professionals, patients, and families to achieve exceptional rehabilitation outcomes.

Qualifikationen

• Must be registered with the South African Nursing Council as a Professional Nurse.
• Experience in managing medically complex patients in high-demand clinical settings.
• Strong clinical assessment, leadership, delegation, communication, and rehabilitation-focused care planning skills.

Aufgaben

• Execute and coordinate nursing care plans, allocate and delegate nursing activities, and monitor patients’ clinical status to ensure safe, effective care.
• Manage medication administration, emergency equipment, emergency responses, wound and continence care, and support safe patient discharge processes.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team, educate patients and families, contribute to clinical decision-making, and maintain accurate clinical reporting.
• Experience with ventilators is crucial to this role.
