· Conduct a range of supportive, developmental,and preventative psychological interventions to promote student well-being andenhance functioning within a campus environment.

• Collaborate withpsychologists and multidisciplinary teams to support integrated careplanning, particularly for complex or high-risk cases.

Monitoring & Reporting

• Maintain accurate and confidential records ofcounselling sessions, interventions, and client outcomes in line with HPCSA andinstitutional standards.
• Monitor studentengagement, service utilisation, and presenting concerns to identifytrends, risks, and emerging mental health needs on campus.
• Track and report on keyservice indicators (e.g., number of students supported, types ofinterventions, referrals made, response times, and case outcomes).
• Monitor the effectivenessof psychological interventions and programmes, using feedback, outcomesdata, and continuous improvement approaches.
• Document and report on referralpathways and case progression, including linkage to psychologists andother specialised services.
• Contribute to earlywarning systems by identifying high-risk cases or trends requiringescalation or institutional response.

Requirements
