Job summary

Tellos, Inc. in South Africa is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to implement individualized ABA treatment plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in clients' homes.

You will collect data, assist with assessments, and provide 1:1 ABA therapy while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to support client growth. Requirements include RBT certification or strong preference, at least 6 months experience with autism or developmental disabilities,

Qualifications

• Registered Behavior Technician certification or Behavior Technician strongly preferred.
• Minimum of 6 months experience working with children with autism or other developmental disabilities (preferred).
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• Compassionate, patient, and dedicated to helping improve the lives of clients.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Implement individualized ABA treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data on client progress and behavior.
• Assist with functional behavior assessments and skill assessments.
• Provide 1:1 direct ABA therapy to clients in a home setting.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including BCBAs, Speech Therapists, and Occupational Therapists.
• Attend team meetings and participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities.
• Maintain client confidentiality and adhere to ethical guidelines established by the BACB.

Compensation

RBT: $22 - $28 per hour
