Job summary

Mindmatch Consulting in Cape Town is seeking a proactive Regional Sales Manager to drive growth across the Western and Eastern Capes. You will identify new opportunities, manage key accounts, and implement strategic plans to hit regional targets.

You will present technical solutions, manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closure, build strong stakeholder relationships, prepare forecasts and reports, and travel regularly to support customers and partners.

• Drive regional sales growth by identifying and developing new business opportunities.
• Manage and grow existing key customer accounts.
• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve regional targets.
• Conduct product demonstrations and present technical solutions to customers.
• Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting through to quotation, negotiation, order closure and after-sales support.
• Build strong relationships with customers, distributors, OEM partners and internal stakeholders.
• Prepare sales forecasts, budgets and regular performance reports.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity and emerging opportunities.
• Travel regularly throughout the Western and Eastern Cape to support customers and develop business.
