Placements24 is seeking a Regional Sanitation Supervisor to oversee cleaning operations across George and surrounding areas in the Western Cape. Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage daily cleaning and sanitation activities at various client sites.
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with hygiene standards, safety regulations, and client-specific requirements.
• Train, schedule, and manage cleaning staff, providing guidance and performance feedback.
• Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring adequate stock levels and proper equipment maintenance.
• Investigate and resolve any sanitation-related issues or complaints from clients or staff promptly.
• Implement and enforce safety protocols and procedures to prevent accidents and ensure a safe working environment.
• Prepare and submit regular reports on operational performance, staff activities, and site conditions.
• Assist in the development and implementation of new sanitation strategies and training programs.
• Liaise with clients to ensure their sanitation needs are being met and to build strong working relationships.
