Job summary

The Building Company is seeking a Risk & Safety professional to lead regional risk and safety management. The role focuses on health and safety compliance, promoting awareness, and training, plus ensuring duty injuries are managed and controlled.

You will inspect property maintenance, store layouts, and contribute to crime prevention and loss control while upholding company values and culture.

Qualifications

• 3–4 years in a health and safety position.
• 3–4 years in an incident investigative/auditing environment.
• In-depth understanding of OHS Act, COIDA, CPA and Criminal Law.

Responsibilities

• Regional Risk and Safety Management.
• Manage Health & Safety Compliance.
• Promote Health and Safety Awareness and ensure training is conducted.
• Ensure Injuries on Duty Compliance.
• Property Maintenance and Store Layouts inspections.
• Commercial Crime Prevention and loss control.
