Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of experience managing programmes focused on entrepreneurship, SME growth, youth employment, or workforce skills development in Africa.
• Fluency with monday.com; able to build project boards, KPI tracking, automations, and real-time visibility.
• Proven track record in managing senior, high-stakes relationships with international donors, foundations, and partners.
• Able to operate in ambiguous, fast-moving environments with agile problem solving and critical thinking.
