Schauenburg Systems is seeking an experienced Product Manager to own a defined product line, guiding the roadmap, technical direction, marketing strategy and post‑launch support. You will lead cross‑functional collaboration between sales, support and engineering to prioritise product development.

The ideal candidate has 6–8 years in a related product line and a business degree or diploma with technical expertise.

Qualificações

• 6–8 years in related BU product lines in a management role.
• External degree or diploma with technical expertise and success launching products.
• 4–6 years’ experience as Product Manager; business analyst experience also suffices.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent teamwork skills.
• Proven ability to influence cross‑functional teams without formal authority.
• Must be able to travel 40% of the time.
• Examples and at least one sample of an effective document delivered in the past.

Responsabilidades

• Defines product vision, strategy and roadmap (New and existing products).
• Manage customer requirements and needs.
• Communication link between sales, support and engineering and defines priorities between these parties with reference to product development.
• Aligned with brand management division roadmap and vision.
• Manage Beta product trials (POC’s and trials).
• Manage customer feedback strategies to ensure customer satisfaction with your product.
• Manage marketing intelligence strategies for the applicable product line.
• Manage product positioning strategies to ensure the product is well suited for the applicable target market.
• Manage product pricing strategies and monitors if product cost is achievable.
• Manage product launch, promotion marketing strategies.
• Manage team of product specialists to fulfil above responsibilities.
