Job summary

Dr Reddy’s invites dynamic professionals to join a leadership team driving sales excellence across a South African territory. You will lead a group of Professional Sales Representatives, coach them to meet targets, and coordinate regional conferences and promotional events in alignment with marketing plans.

Strong relationship skills and strategic thinking are essential to engage physicians, specialists and pharmacists.

Qualifications

• Extensive pharmaceutical line management experience in SA private sector.
• Strong leadership of sales teams, strategic planning and territory execution.
• Experience coordinating events, conferences and promotional activities.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of Professional Sales Representatives to meet territory targets.
• Coach, support and guide the sales team through daily field visits.
• Plan and execute regional and national promotional events and CME/CDP activities.
• Develop strategic sales action plans aligned with marketing goals.
• Engage with GPs, Specialists and Pharmacists to drive business performance.
• Maintain up-to-date client database for the territory.
• Collaborate with KAM and National Sales Manager on opportunities.
• Build and present monthly/quarterly RSM reviews at the C-suite level.
