Mirna Butler Recruitment is seeking a Regional Business Partner for the Bloemfontein operation. You will own branch performance, drive growth and manage a high-performing team in a fast-changing retail/healthcare environment.

The role emphasizes ownership, accountability, and the ability to balance sales, service, people and operations, with incentives linked to results and potential for longer-term ownership based on performance.

Competenze

• Experience in business/branch/retail/operations leadership.
• Proven track record of hitting sales, revenue or profitability targets.
• Strong leadership and people-management abilities.
• Solid business and financial acumen.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Strong organisational and administrative capabilities.
• Computer literacy is required.
• Valid driver’s license and own reliable vehicle.
• Experience in optometry, healthcare or specialised retail is advantageous.
