Mirna Butler Recruitment is seeking a dynamic Practice Manager in Bloemfontein to lead daily operations at a busy optical practice, drive excellent customer service, manage stock, and coordinate administrative tasks.

Requirements include 1–3 years of managerial experience, matric, fluency in Afrikaans and English, a valid RSA driver’s license with own vehicle, and willingness to work retail hours including weekends. Remuneration ranges from R10,000 to R12,000 basic plus incentive.
