The Opportunity

Help translate business priorities into consistent day-to-day execution. You will bring structure, accountability and a hands-on approach to operational performance, working with business leadership and operational teams.

The role is intended for someone who understands the realities of running operations in the betting or iGaming sector and can take ownership of delivery. The precise geographical remit and management structure will be agreed as the role is defined.

• A hands‑on approach to solving problems and improving operating performance.
• The ability to lead teams, establish clear expectations and hold people accountable for delivery.
• Sound commercial judgement and confidence working with operational performance information.
• Clear communication and the ability to work effectively with senior leadership and colleagues across functions.

Experience working for a betting or iGaming operator is particularly relevant. We welcome candidates whose titles differ but whose responsibilities demonstrate the operational ownership this role requires.
