• 10+ years in supply chain and logistics with 5+ years in a senior leadership role.
• Proven experience optimizing complex supply chain networks and implementing cost-saving initiatives.
• Expertise in inventory management, warehousing and transportation.
• Strong leadership, negotiation and vendor management skills.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee regional supply chain, including procurement, logistics, warehousing and distribution.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve efficiency, reduce lead times and costs.
• Establish strong relationships with suppliers, vendors and 3PLs for optimal service.
• Manage inventory levels to meet demand while minimizing costs.
• Lead, mentor and develop a high-performing supply chain team.
• Implement and monitor KPIs to measure performance and identify improvements.
• Ensure compliance with regulations, safety standards and ethical practices.
• Analyze market trends and tech advances to identify opportunities.
• Collaborate with other departments to forecast demand and align ops with goals.
• Resolve operational issues and implement corrective actions promptly.
