About the Role

Our client is searching for a dynamic and results-driven Regional Operations Director to lead and manage all operational functions within the Klerksdorp, North West region. Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute regional operational strategies aligned with corporate goals.
• Oversee all aspects of daily operations across multiple facilities within the Klerksdorp region.
• Manage and optimize regional budgets, ensuring financial targets are met and exceeded.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of operations managers and staff.

Requirements
