Qualifications

• Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in operations management, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
• Demonstrated expertise in supply chain management, process improvement, and Lean principles.
• Strong financial acumen and experience managing departmental budgets.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
