• Create and execute regional procurement strategies aligned with group strategy, budgets and business objectives.
• Collaborate with Category Managers and Product Specialists to execute category strategies and resolve supply chain issues.
• Negotiate base prices, regional deals, forward orders, and KVI pricing.
• Engage with suppliers and internal stakeholders to manage expectations and facilitate delivery.
• Facilitate listing of regional suppliers following procedures.
• Organise product and supplier training as required.
• Manage stock levels to maintain efficiency and SOPs.
• Ensure stock file integrity according to guidelines.
• Ensure regional merchandising portfolio complies with procedures.
• Gather market intelligence to assess competitiveness.
• Plan and execute regional promotions.
