Job summary

Tsebo Solutions Group seeks a seasoned middle management professional to oversee cleaning operations and resource allocation across sites in the Western Cape. You will drive performance, coordinate staffing, and ensure SLA adherence.

The role requires a matric plus relevant tertiary qualification, at least 5 years in a similar environment, and a valid driver’s license. You will lead client meetings, manage assets, and maintain high service standards while controlling costs.

• Experience scheduling staff and assigning tasks to meet site SLA targets.

Responsibilities

• Allocate resources to maximize output per SLA.
• Maintain high service standards with site visits and inspections.
• Open new units per Tsebo policies and implement standards within 3 months.
• Ensure smooth closures with staff, equipment, billing and costs managed.
• Retain contracts by delivering excellent service and client relationship management.
• Perform monthly spot checks on assets and maintain equipment in good condition.
• Hold regular client meetings to align on needs and expectations.
• Respond to client/management requests promptly and take required action.
• Conduct performance appraisals and identify development needs.
• Ensure OHS requirements are adhered to per company policy.
