Job summary

Tsebo Solutions Group is seeking a Cleaning Manager to oversee daily operations in the Cleaning division, ensuring high-quality deliverables in line with site SLAs and maintaining strong client relations.

The role requires managing on-site staff (including supervisors), coordinating cleaning programmes, and ensuring health and safety compliance. Experience with large teams (up to 140 staff) and strong stakeholder communication is essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years operational contracts management experience in cleaning.
• Experience managing staff of 140+.
• Experience in health and safety standards and management.
• Ability to interpret and manage SLA requirements in outcome-based environments.
• Strong communication with diverse stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Management and training of on-site staff including supervisors.
• Maintain personal health, hygiene and professional appearance.
• Oversee cleaning programme and staffing flexibility.
• Conduct on-site audits as per client SOPs.
• Report maintenance and safety concerns to the manager.
