A regional HR management firm is seeking a Regional Human Resources Manager responsible for implementing HR strategies and ensuring compliance with labour law within Johannesburg. The candidate will act as a business partner to leadership, managing employee relations, recruitment, and HR performance. Ideal applicants will have a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources and substantial HR generalist experience, demonstrating strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills. This position involves regional travel as necessary.

Competenze

• 5–8 years’ HR generalist experience, including 3 years in a managerial role.
• Proven experience in employee relations, labour law, and HR operations.
• Experience with unions and diverse workforce environments is advantageous.
