The role requires managing the full employee lifecycle, collaborating with regional and international HR teams, and driving HR initiatives across multiple African jurisdictions while ensuring compliance and effective people management.

Qualifications

• 7+ years' HR generalist / HRBP experience.
• Experience supporting Rest of Africa markets.
• East Africa experience highly advantageous.
• Experience in regional/EMEA HR structure.
• Strong employee relations and employment legislation knowledge.
• Payroll and statutory HR obligations experience.

Responsibilities

• Own regional and local HR for South Africa with exposure across Rest of Africa.
• Collaborate with regional and international HR teams on group initiatives locally.
• Advise managers on employee relations and performance processes.
• Ensure compliance with employment legislation and HR policies across jurisdictions.
• Oversee payroll, benefits administration and statutory submissions.
• Support talent acquisition, development, and workforce planning.
