• Build and maintain relationships with regional retailers, business owners, staff and corporate team members.
• Ensure stores adhere to minimum format and CI specifications and analyze data about shoppers to understand behavior.
• Advise retailers on modern and opposition retail trends to grow market share and profitability.
• Measure retailer business performance and provide improvement recommendations.
• Analyze and interpret financial results and prepare business growth plans for retail stores.
• Conduct regular store audits and circulate reports to retailers and regional/national offices.
• Maintain high standards of excellence scores and stimulate synergies amongst retailers and teams.
