Job summary

Network Finance is seeking a commercially astute finance professional to own the financial infrastructure behind continental growth. This role focuses beyond month-end reporting, driving new entity setups, governance, and cross-border reporting across multiple African jurisdictions.

You will coordinate with legal, tax and accounting advisors, manage regional finance teams, and drive improvements in processes and ERP implementations to support scalable expansion.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance or related field.
• CA(SA), ACCA or CIMA qualifications are advantageous.
• 5–8 years of financial management experience across multiple African jurisdictions.
• Experience establishing new entities and coordinating with legal, tax and accounting advisors.
• Strong management accounting, reporting and consolidation experience.
• Experience managing external accountants or regional finance teams.
• Advanced Excel and ERP systems experience.
• Knowledge of tax compliance, financial controls and multi-currency environments.

Responsibilities

• Drive financial establishment of new entities across Africa.

• Oversee regional billing and revenue management processes.
• Implement and strengthen financial controls and governance frameworks.
• Coordinate statutory, tax and compliance with local advisors.

As the business continues its continental growth journey, they are looking for a commercially astute finance professional to take ownership of the financial infrastructure behind that expansion.

This is not a traditional Financial Manager role focused solely on month-end reporting. You'll play a key role in establishing new African entities, implementing finance processes, managing cross-border reporting and ensuring financial governance across multiple countries. Key Responsibilities

Job Experience & Skills Required

• Advanced Excel and ERP systems experience
• Knowledge of tax compliance, financial controls and multi-currency environments
• Exposure to multinational or cross-border operations highly beneficial
