Job summary

Green Marble Recruitment Consultants in Benoni seeks a seasoned Group Finance Manager to oversee finance across multiple entities with about R4 billion in annual revenue. You will drive consolidation, IFRS compliance and strong financial controls to support strategic decisions.

You will lead Debtors, Creditors and finance teams, coordinate audits, and deliver insightful reporting. The role requires Africa-focused oversight and travel as needed to support operations across the region.

Qualifications

• Qualified CA(SA) with 5+ years post-qualification experience.
• Proven Group Finance experience across multiple entities.
• Experience in group consolidations and IFRS accounting.
• Experience managing the full audit process from planning to sign-off.
• Leads finance teams across entities/divisions including Debtors and Creditors.
• Strong financial reporting, governance and internal controls.
• Manufacturing/industrial/production or distribution exposure preferred.
• Experience in a large-revenue environment and cross-border finance is advantageous.
• Willingness to travel locally and into Africa as required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the Group Finance function across multiple legal entities and divisions.
• Own financial responsibility for a Group with approximately R4 billion in annual revenue.
• Prepare and review monthly, quarterly and annual Group financial reports.
• Manage the Group consolidation process and cash flow oversight.
• Lead finance teams including Debtors, Creditors and finance support.
• Manage the full audit process from planning to final sign-off and resolve queries.
• Ensure IFRS compliance and robust internal controls.
• Provide financial oversight to African operations and subsidiaries.
• Collaborate with Treasury, Procurement and central support functions.
• Review performance, identify risks and implement corrective actions.
• Maintain relationships with auditors and senior management.
