Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Economics, Development Studies, Public Policy, Business Administration, or related field required.
• Master's degree highly desirable.
• Minimum 5-7 years in economic development, regional planning, or management consulting.
• Proven experience in economic analysis, strategic planning, and policy development.
• Strong understanding of development principles, drivers of growth in developing regions.
• Excellent analytical, quantitative, and research skills.
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and facilitation abilities.
• Ability to work with diverse stakeholders including government officials and community leaders.
• Knowledge of Upington and Northern Cape regional dynamics is advantageous.

Responsibilities
