Job summary

Helderberg Personnel is seeking an accomplished operations leader with 5+ years of senior multi-unit leadership and the ability to manage a workforce of 700+ employees. The role demands strong P&L ownership, financial acumen, forecasting, EBITDA and variance management.

The position focuses on labour management, COGS, audits, compliance, health & safety, and developing managers and future leaders. A willingness to travel extensively across the region is essential to succeed.

Your experience does not have to be limited to the restaurant industry. Candidates from other large-scale multi-site environments, including retail, hospitality and related operational businesses, will also be considered.
