Qualifications

• Master's degree in Sports Management, Recreation Administration, or a related field.
• 10+ years of progressive experience in athletic administration, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
• Proven track record in strategic planning, budget management, and operational oversight of athletic programs.
• In-depth knowledge of various athletic disciplines, coaching principles, and sports science.
• Exceptional leadership, team-building, and communication skills.
• Staff development and mentoring experience.
• Strong understanding of facility management, risk management, and safety protocols.
• Experience in stakeholder engagement and community outreach.
• Proficiency in financial management and reporting systems.
• A passion for sports and commitment to fostering athletic excellence.

Responsabilités

• Develop and execute strategic plans for regional athletic programs, aligning with organizational objectives.
• Oversee the operational management of all assigned athletic facilities, ensuring safety and optimal utilization.
• Manage budgets, financial planning, and resource allocation for all athletic departments.
